1. General Terms
1.1 Parties to the Agreement
These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the authority operating the 44kc platform ("we", "the Company" or "44kc") and the individual using the platform ("you", "user" or "member"). This agreement is governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
1.2 Definition of Services
"Services" refers to the online casino games, sports betting, live casino, slot games and other gaming products and features available on the 44kc website (https://44kc.cam), its mobile version and all associated platforms.
1.3 Scope of Application
These terms apply to all services offered by 44kc. Where specific promotional offers or game-specific rules are stated separately, they also form part of these general terms, and in the event of any conflict, the specific rules will take precedence.
1.4 Language
The Bengali version of these terms and conditions is the original and authoritative version. Any translation into another language is for convenience only, and the Bengali version shall be considered final in any matter of interpretation.
2. Account Registration
2.1 Eligibility Requirements
To create an account on 44kc, you must meet the following conditions:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You must be a real individual; registration using bots or automated methods is not permitted.
- Each person may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being closed.
- You must provide accurate and complete personal information.
2.2 Identity Verification
44kc may at any time request official documents to verify your identity, such as a national ID card, passport or driving licence. Certain account activities may be restricted until verification is complete.
2.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) confidential. If someone accesses your account without authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately. 44kc will not be liable for any loss resulting from sharing your login credentials with a third party.
2.4 Updating Your Information
If any of your registered details change (especially contact information), you must update them in a timely manner. 44kc will not be responsible for any disruption to services caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
3. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
44kc currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Both deposits and withdrawals can be made through these methods.
3.2 Deposit Limits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each payment method. The maximum deposit limit may vary depending on your account verification level and the payment method selected.
3.3 Withdrawal Limits and Processing Time
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The standard processing time for withdrawal requests is 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, if additional verification is required, this time may be longer.
3.4 Withdrawal Terms
- Before making a withdrawal, you must complete any applicable wagering requirements.
- If an account is suspected of fraud or activity that violates the rules, withdrawals may be suspended until an investigation is complete.

3.5 Currency

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members are eligible to receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. This bonus applies once only, and each account may claim one welcome bonus.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must wager the total bonus amount 15 times before the bonus funds become withdrawable. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳15,000 before making a withdrawal.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
- Unused bonuses will be cancelled once the bonus offer expires.
- Multiple bonus claims from the same household or the same device are not permitted.
- 44kc reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.
- If any misuse of bonus benefits or abuse of the system is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.
4.4 VIP Program
The 44kc VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
- Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
- Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback
VIP tier advancement depends on your ongoing activity on the platform. The specific benefits at each tier are subject to change at 44kc's discretion.
5. Gaming Rules
5.1 Fair Play Policy
44kc is committed to ensuring a fully fair and transparent gaming environment. All games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which makes game outcomes completely impartial. This system is regularly tested by third-party audit organisations.
5.2 Game Participation Terms
- To participate in a game, your account must have a sufficient balance.
- If a technical error occurs during a game, the decision of 44kc's authority will be considered final.
- 44kc reserves the right to correct any incorrect amount displayed in a game result due to a system error.
- 44kc is not responsible for any loss caused by an internet disconnection during a game.
5.3 Betting Limits

5.4 Technical Errors
If any abnormal results or financial transactions occur due to a technical error in the game software or the 44kc platform, 44kc reserves the right to correct the error and void the affected bets. In such situations, the original bet amount will be refunded.
6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 44kc platform:
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
- Registering an account with false or misleading information.
- Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Applying game strategies with the intent to abuse bonuses, or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
- Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
- Hacking the system, using malware, or exploiting any other technical vulnerability.
- Colluding or coordinating manipulation against other users.
- Playing games using automated bots or software.
- Threatening or harassing any platform staff or other users.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Service Availability
44kc strives to provide uninterrupted service at all times; however, services may be temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance, system upgrades or unforeseen circumstances. 44kc is not liable for any loss in such situations.
7.2 Third-Party Services
The 44kc platform uses services from third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, etc.) and payment service providers. 44kc is not directly liable for any errors, delays or service interruptions caused by these third parties.
7.3 Betting Risk

7.4 Maximum Liability

8. Account Closure and Suspension

44kc reserves the right to close or suspend any account for the following reasons:

- Extended inactivity (generally more than 12 months).

8.3 Balance After Account Closure
If an account is closed due to a violation of the rules, the account balance may be forfeited. Subject to investigation, the actual deposited amount may be refunded in justified cases. Bonus balance is never refundable.
9. Privacy & Data Protection

11.2 Dispute Resolution Method

These terms and conditions will be interpreted in accordance with the laws in force in Bangladesh.
